As a welder at our client's site, you will enjoy varied work in a production environment where quality, safety, and precision are central. This is a consultancy position via Lernia, located in Varberg.

About the Role

You will work on welding components and structures according to drawings and work orders. Tasks include preparations such as bending and grinding, welding in various positions, as well as post-weld inspection and documentation of completed work. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and contributing to efficient, quality-conscious production.

Your Responsibilities

• Welding according to specifications (MIG/MAG, TIG, and/or MMA depending on the assignment)
• Interpret drawings and work instructions
• Preparation and finishing of welded parts (cleaning, grinding, and inspection)
• Quality control and documentation of completed work
• Collaboration with the production team to ensure delivery times
• Adherence to occupational health and safety regulations

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial welding who can demonstrate high quality in their work. You should have relevant welding training or equivalent practical experience. You work both independently and in teams, are meticulous, and have a good eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have:

• Welding certificates in MIG/MAG, TIG, or MMA
• Experience welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Knowledge of welding protocols and quality systems
• Forklift license or experience handling basic workshop equipment
• Category B driver's license

• A good team player with strong collaboration skills
• Accustomed to following safety routines and work instructions
• Good communication skills in Swedish (both verbal and written)
